Retail position in the Laura Mercier beauty brand at John Lewis, White City. Role details: part-time, on-site, 15 hours over 2 days. Reports to Account Manager, Laura Mercier.

• Educate customers on Laura Mercier products and techniques through one-to-one appointments and on-trend events.
• Deliver first-class customer experience, ensuring each customer leaves with a uniquely Laura Mercier experience.
• Engage customers and build a local Laura Mercier community.
• Use artistry skills and product expertise to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Apply social media to drive customer recruitment and community engagement.

• Strong experience in beauty artistry, ideally with formal qualification.
• Effective communication with Area Manager on business performance.
• Track record of driving KPIs and sales targets.
• Excellent communicator, able to work both solo and as part of a team.
• Skill in using social media for customer engagement.
