We are partnering with an international luxury brand seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Wholesale Manager to oversee a portfolio of key global accounts.
This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of brand, client, and commerce, within a house known for its craftsmanship, creativity, and elevated positioning.
The RoleAs Senior Wholesale Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of strategic wholesale accounts, ensuring strong partner relationships, seamless operational execution, and a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
You will play a highly collaborative and client-facing role, supporting commercial performance while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities Account Management & Partner Relations- Oversee communication and coordination with wholesale partners across all stages of the order cycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buying teams and key stakeholders
- Ensure alignment on product availability, pricing, and brand positioning
- Manage stock allocation, deliveries, and replenishment in partnership with internal teams
- Collaborate with merchandising on forward planning and wholesale strategy
- Monitor performance metrics including sell-through, returns, and targets
- Support reporting and ensure consistency across all wholesale channels
- Organise and execute client-focused initiatives, including private appointments and in-store activations
- Partner with retail teams to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement
- Ensure a high level of brand storytelling across all partner environments
- Support the growth and development of long-term wholesale relationships
- Identify opportunities to strengthen partner performance and visibility
- Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- 5+ years’ experience in wholesale, sales, or buying within a luxury or premium environment
- Strong understanding of international wholesale and retail landscapes
- Proven ability to manage operations end-to-end, from order placement to execution
- Commercially minded, highly organised, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple teams
- Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-oriented
