The roleWe are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to own and grow our footprint in the UK, located in the vicinity of London. In this role, you will focus on identifying, developing and enabling our regional channel ecosystem, including AV integrators, strategic technology partners, and consultants.
You will work closely with partners to identify opportunities, support customer engagements, and drive revenue through a partner-led sales model. You will operate in a B2B environment supporting enterprise and government customers with complex requirements, high security standards, and large-scale collaboration environments.
Key responsibilities- Be the face of Cyviz in the UK, developing strong partner relationships and enabling partners to successfully position and deliver Cyviz solutions.
- Recruit, develop, and manage strategic channel partners, including AV integrators and technology partners across the region.
- Drive revenue growth primarily through channel partners by supporting joint account planning, opportunity development, and deal execution.
- Support partners in identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within enterprise and public sector accounts.
- Identify, qualify and pass these opportunities to the right channel.
- Enable partner sales teams through training, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and partners to design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Participate in joint customer meetings, presentations, and solution workshops alongside partners.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasts, and partner activity tracking in CRM.
- Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to improve our partner programs, solutions, and customer experience.
- Strong foundation in B2B sales and experience working with or through channel partners.
- 5-7 years of B2B sales or account management experience, ideally working with AV integrators, technology partners, or indirect sales channels.
- Experience building and managing partner relationships or supporting channel-driven sales.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in the UK.
- Experience selling to enterprise organizations and/or government agencies is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable discussing technical solutions and collaborating with engineers and product specialists.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
You are an experienced enterprise sales professional with a strong ability to drive complex opportunities from early engagement through to close.
You are comfortable operating in partner-led sales environments, balancing collaboration with partners while maintaining clear commercial ownership and accountability.
You bring a structured, disciplined sales approach and are credible in senior-level customer engagements.
You are motivated by building sustainable, scalable revenue through long-term customer and partner relationships.
You thrive in roles that are hands‑on and are comfortable navigating long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high expectations for professionalism and delivery.
You have a track record of having excelled in selling AV/UC/Networks.
Fluent in English, additional European languages are an advantage.
