An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Senior Sales Negotiator to join our successful Covent Garden office. Situated in the heart of the West End, this role offers exposure to one of London’s most vibrant and diverse residential markets. You will work with a broad mix of clients from owner‑occupiers to international buyers—across Covent Garden, Soho, Bloomsbury, and the wider Central London market.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career within a well‑established brand, delivering a high level of service across a varied and fast‑moving property portfolio.
You will take ownership of a busy and competitive sales pipeline, with responsibilities including:
- Managing residential sales across Covent Garden and the wider West End market
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors
- Supporting and progressing toward conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Negotiating offers with confidence, professionalism, and strong commercial awareness
- Generating new business through networking, referrals, and local market activity
- Contributing to a collaborative, high‑performance team environment
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within Central London
- A strong track record of achieving targets in a competitive agency environment
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- A polished, confident communication style with strong client‑facing ability
- Drive, ambition, and resilience in a fast‑paced market
- Knowledge of Covent Garden, Soho, Bloomsbury, or surrounding areas (highly advantageous)
