Mid Market Account Executive - MENA (London Based)

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating proposals, and securing new business.
  • Source and qualify leads through outreach methods such as cold calling, cold emailing, and using social networks like Linked In.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by continuously learning about the product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Contribute ideas, feedback, and support to peers.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience selling into the MENA markets (highly desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience;
    SaaS or HR platform experience highly desirable.
  • Passion for business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities in new territories.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools such as Salesforce, Sales Loft, Linked In Sales Navigator, Cognism, Apollo, Slack, and Notion.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

Location and Work Arrangement

Based in London, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week.
