London £45-50k + Commission

Key responsibilities:

Lead and elevate the central sales team.
Curate and strengthen relationships with brokers and agents.
Drive conversion of enquiries into viewing experiences.
Maintain close partnerships with top brokerages.
Oversee CRM strategy.
Coach and develop Sales Executives.
