Overview: Are you a Sales Designer with a background in Kitchens looking to join a market‑leading company where you'll have the opportunity to design, sell, and project manage bespoke Kitchens with full‑onboarding training, opportunities to progress within a growing company and outstanding earning potential with an uncapped commission?

This is an exciting opportunity with a company that values its people, products, and customers. You'll work on inspiring projects within a growing family‑run company specialising in luxury kitchens and bathroom designs and refurbishments, offering full on‑the‑job training to understand their process and the opportunity to boost your earnings with a generous commission structure.

• Consult with 4–6 clients a day, understand their needs, create bespoke designs that fit their vision and budget.
• Liaise with the internal team on designs using Virtual Worlds, and manage projects from start to finish to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.
• Full on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to progress within a growing company.
• Earn up to £50K‑£65K (Uncapped commission). Work Monday‑Friday 9‑5pm, Saturday 10‑5pm, with day off in lieu.
