The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in accelerating Dixa's growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. Working closely with a assigned Account Executives, the SDR is the first point of contact for prospective customers — uncovering their challenges, communicating Dixa's value, and building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role is an excellent entry point into a career in consultative sales, with clear opportunities for growth and progression within Dixa's commercial organisation.
ProfessionalQualifications
- Full professional proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- German, Spanish or Polish languages are advantageous.
- Prior experience within the DACH, Southern Europe, or Eastern European regions.
- Experience in a sales, customer-facing, or outbound prospecting role.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, Outreach) is a plus.
- An understanding of or genuine interest in the customer service and CRM industry, alongside AI.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets consistently.
- Passionate about building a career in consultative sales and eager to learn and develop quickly.
- Strong communicator, who can engage prospects confidently and handle objections with professionalism.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage a high volume of outreach activity while keeping CRM records accurate.
- Collaborative team player who also thrives working independently to achieve individual goals.
- Curious and commercially aware, staying informed about market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Located commutable distance from our Farringdon office (4 days a week).
Your impact will be measured across three core areas:
Pipeline Generation— Hit and exceed outbound sourced pipeline targets, build a robust qualified pipeline for your Account Executives, and deliver high-quality, pre-qualified meetings with key decision-makers that convert to closed deals.
Prospect Engagement— Execute multi-channel outreach across phone, email, Linked In, and events, nurture long-term relationships with prospects and past opportunities, and handle objections confidently to keep deals moving forward.
Process & Craft— Maintain accurate CRM and sales engagement records, leverage AI tools to personalise outreach at scale without losing the human touch, and continuously sharpen your market expertise to become a genuine authority in the customer service and CRM space.
