About the Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team! In this role you will work closely with your Account Executives, Marketing and Partner teams to ensure EMEA builds strong opportunities in key target accounts. Your responsibilities will include outbound calling, video prospecting, crafting compelling messaging, and qualifying leads to start high-quality conversations for your AEs.
This is a full-time position based out of our London office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

- Outbound into Enterprise Accounts.
- Qualify inbound leads to generate quality meetings with all levels of employees.
- Build account plans with your Account Executive.
- Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information into our CRM, as well as utilize other prospecting tools.
- Be able to articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and how we can support their business goals.
- Adhere to your inbound and outbound KPIs while balancing time and competing priorities.
- All new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week s bootcamp requires travel and is a mandatory part of the onboarding process.
- Experience outbounding into large enterprise businesses, with a track record of high performance.
- Confident qualifying inbound/outbound leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly curious and interested in solving our customer's problems.
- Able to convey technical principles in a way that is easy to understand.
- Comfortable with daily, weekly and monthly calls, email, and meeting targets.
- Intrinsically motivated person with a 'get stuck in' attitude.
- Fluency in French.
