The Role As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and introducing prospective clients to the platform. Working closely with experienced Account Executives and sales leaders, you'll identify target accounts, engage senior decision-makers and qualify opportunities across the UK and US markets. Using a mixture of phone, email and Linked In outreach, you'll become a key part of the company's growth strategy while developing the skills needed for a successful career in technology sales.

Key responsibilities include:

Researching target companies and key decision-makers Prospecting via phone, email and Linked In Building relationships with senior stakeholders Qualifying opportunities and identifying business challenges Booking product demonstrations for the sales team Working closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities Attending training sessions, workshops and coaching sessions Building knowledge across SaaS, AI and professional services markets Career Progression This company has a proven track record of developing graduate talent.

Of the five graduates hired last summer, three have already secured promotions into more senior positions. High performers can progress into Senior SDR positions within their first year, with increased responsibility, higher earning potential and basic salaries exceeding £30,000.
