Trainee Mortgage Adviser

Hammersmith or Mayfair, London | Full-time office based

£100k+ realistic in Year 1 post-training

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in sales, estate agency, lettings, recruitment, telesales, financial sales or lead generation who have either started or completed CeMAP / RO1 and want to turn their commercial ability into a high-earning career.

This is a self-employed, commission-only role in a high-performance environment with strong lead flow, full support, and a proven model.

• 10–15 warm qualified leads per week
• Introducers including premium estate agents, FTSE 100 developers, and exclusive partners
• Fast-track training and 1-to-1 coaching
• Full support across systems, and onboarding
• Tech stack including Smartr
  365, Docu Sign, and automated onboarding
• A high-energy, high-performance office culture
• Genuine earning potential of £100k+ if you perform

• Strong backgrounds in sales or target-driven environments essential.
• Confident communicators who know how to build rapport, handle objections, and convert opportunities
• Full CeMAP or RO1/CF6 completed, in progress, or actively studying
• Career changers welcome if you have the right commercial mindset
• Ambitious, coachable, resilient, and hungry to succeed
• Comfortable in a commission-only, office-based environment
