Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you’ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with Freshworks while building long‑term, trusted partnerships. This role focuses on our UKI market.
Responsibilities- Engage, discover & drive results: Grow key accounts through upsell, cross‑sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.
- Articulate Value: Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results.
- Execute the Sales Process: Lead complex sales cycles end‑to‑end, securing strategic wins and fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Learn & collaborate: Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success.
- Hunt & Prospect: Build a strong, future‑ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution. Travel, as required, to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
- Experience that counts: 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution‑based sales, account management, or customer‑facing roles with a track record of success in an aligned territory.
- Strategic mindset: Curiosity, collaboration, and adaptability: you’re open to learning and comfortable navigating change.
- Consultative approach: Experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long‑term value creation.
- Strong communicator: You are a relationship builder, with great presentation skills. You listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and connect product capabilities to business needs.
- Domain knowledge: Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus.
