Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative – German speaking.

Work Arrangement:
This position offers a flexible working environment, with a mix of home‑based work and office days at our Chessington head office or Swindon Distribution site (minimum 3 days per week).

Employment: full‑time, permanent.

Salary: £28,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.

• Become a strategic partner to key clients, fostering long‑term relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts' needs, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with the team and other departments to develop customised solutions.
• Focus primarily on customer service while performing administrative tasks such as order entry and return processing.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and communication skills, multitask while remaining customer‑focused and meeting targets.

• Fluency in German (speaking, understanding, writing).
• Knowledge of the golf industry preferred; desire to become an expert on Callaway products.
• Proven B2B sales experience an advantage.

• Commission £2,000.00 per annum.
