Internal Focus:
Team Leadership, Operations, and Cross-Functional Strategy

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organisation, fostering a consultative, data-driven sales culture, and providing direct management and clear progression plans for Sales Leaders
  • Manage budgets, run expenses for the UK Sales Team, set targets, and lead bi-annual sales planning, forecasting, territory strategy, and pipeline management to accurately forecast revenue and drive team over achievement
  • Drive thought leadership and strategic alignment by collaborating with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Trading, Product marketing etc.)
  • Use market intelligence and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap, ensure best-in-market servicing, and align the go-to-market strategy with evolving ad tech trends
  • Support the onboarding and growth of strategic accounts
  • Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What We Need
