· Office-Based (5 days/week)

Hours: Full time. Core hours are 09:30 to 17:00 (40 hours per week)

Salary: £30,000 per annum and £10,000 bonus based on performance

Physitrack Group is a global digital health company operating two product lines:
Physitrack, a clinician‑facing platform helping healthcare professionals deliver better patient outcomes, and Champion Health, an award‑winning workplace wellbeing platform supporting organisations to improve the physical and mental health of their people. We are a fast‑growing, mission‑driven team and this role sits at the heart of our commercial operation, generating new business pipeline across both products.

We are searching for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. You need to be a graduate who is tech‑savvy and prepared to work hard, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong relationship‑building skills. You should have a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, or health technology and the ability to excel in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. German speaking is essential for this role.

• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, Linked In, and phone to generate qualified leads for Physitrack and Champion Health.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and book discovery calls for senior members of the commercial team.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Hub Spot, and report on outreach metrics and pipeline activity weekly.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align on messaging and improve campaign performance.

• Graduate degree (required)
• German language proficiency (essential)
• We also welcome Swedish and Finnish speakers
• Some experience in a customer‑facing or sales role is desirable, internships or placements welcome.

• Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and platforms
• Confident, proactive, and highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
• Experience with Hub Spot or a similar CRM desirable; familiarity with outbound sales tools (e.g. Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo) a plus.
