Journeys With Purpose is an award-winning impact travel company. We offer immersive experiences to the wildest corners of the world that catalyse the celebration and advancement of nature conservation. We are an ambitious, driven, and close-knit team where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.

The Role:

Full Time | London (Hybrid)

We are looking for a driven and commercially sharp Impact Journey Specialist (Sales Executive) who is as excited by the natural world as they are by the thrill of a well‑earned sale. This is a role where you will own your pipeline from the first conversation to the final booking—and where your work will directly fund the conservation projects we believe in.

This is a proactive "hunter" role. We want someone who is energised by building relationships, who finds opportunities where others don't look, and who converts interest into bookings with skill, warmth, and authenticity.

What You’ll Bring :
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, client‑facing, fundraising, or customer service roles (luxury or experiential travel experience is a strong advantage).
  • Sales Mindset: Proactive end‑to‑end pipeline management, motivated by targets, and skilled at closing.
  • Global Outlook: Confidence engaging with high‑net‑worth clients across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.
  • Values: A genuine, demonstrable commitment to conservation, sustainability, and doing travel the right way.
What We Offer:
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary + a generous commission structure.
  • Travel: At least one fully funded familiarisation trip per year to experience the incredible destinations you sell firsthand (starting 6 months post-probation).
  • Time Off: 28 days holiday plus public holidays (increasing up to 35 days with service), plus 2 paid "journey days" if you choose low‑carbon travel alternatives for your own holidays.
  • Purpose: The chance to work in an environment where your daily commercial success directly impacts global environmental preservation.
