THE ROLE:

This position involves management and development of National Accounts within the Hotel Sector. You will be responsible for a portfolio of existing accounts where you develop relationships at buyer level in regards to supplying bakery products to these customers. This will include retention of current business, menu planning and introduction of new product range. You will also be involved in complex tender and contract negotiations.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for winning and on boarding new accounts within the hotel sector. This is an exciting opportunity with a combination of new and existing accounts and working with a comprehensive high level bakery range. The role also has a strong bonus scheme attached to it to reward successful growth of your account portfolio.

THE APPLICANT. We are seeking to speak to candidates with an established background in Food service National Accounts. Candidates must have a proven track record of managing hospitality led accounts at National Accounts level. Candidates with experience of managing hotel chain/group accounts will be of particular interest.
