- Lead new sales for the UK and open new accounts in the region.
- Drive sales and business development in the UK / Europe for Telecom & Media and Tech markets.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic and operational plans to grow the market for Bounteous x Accolite.
- Support marketing activities to improve brand recognition and develop new leads/prospects.
- Successful record of new sales and a network of relationships/references to build pipeline.
- Extensive understanding of the TMT market and C‑level connections in the market.
- Commercial acumen – development of innovative offerings along with the delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding executive presence; comfortable communicating with CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs via email and phone.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances.
- Proactive and solution‑oriented; strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams in a remote environment a plus.
