Key Responsibilities
  • Lead new sales for the UK and open new accounts in the region.
  • Drive sales and business development in the UK / Europe for Telecom & Media and Tech markets.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic and operational plans to grow the market for Bounteous x Accolite.
  • Support marketing activities to improve brand recognition and develop new leads/prospects.
Experience
  • Successful record of new sales and a network of relationships/references to build pipeline.
  • Extensive understanding of the TMT market and C‑level connections in the market.
  • Commercial acumen – development of innovative offerings along with the delivery teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding executive presence; comfortable communicating with CMOs, CIOs, and CTOs via email and phone.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment; flexible and readily adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Proactive and solution‑oriented; strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams in a remote environment a plus.
