A boutique, design‑led estate agency specialising in the luxury property market is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join its growing team.

Working across some of the areas most desirable postcodes, this is an exciting opportunity for a polished and commercially driven property professional looking to represent premium homes and high‑net‑worth clientele within a highly personalised agency environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing the agency's residential sales business, delivering exceptional service while building long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.

This position would suit someone who is confident operating in the prime London market, thrives in a relationship‑driven environment, and is passionate about luxury property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing buyer enquiries and qualifying applicants
  • Conducting high‑quality property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and industry contacts
  • Generating new business opportunities and winning instructions
  • Providing expert market knowledge and tailored client advice
  • Delivering a discreet, concierge‑level customer experience
  • Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
Requirements
  • Experience in London residential sales
  • Strong understanding of the Prime/Central London property market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and winning business
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly professional and well‑presented
  • Self‑motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded
  • Ability to work effectively within a boutique, entrepreneurial environment
  • Existing network within the London property market advantageous
