Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant

Location: Selfridges Oxford Street & Harrods Knightsbridge

Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours/week, any 5 in 7 days

Assessment Day: If shortlisted, candidates will be invited to an Assessment Day on August 3rd.

• Build long‑lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences both in-store and digitally
• Share passion and knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence through storytelling
• Deliver expert personalised consultations that captivate and educate clients
• Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow the client portfolio
• Help achieve individual and counter sales targets & KPIs

• Experience in a client‑facing retail environment
• Passion for client experience
• Ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful client connections
• Collaborative and team‑first mindset

• Creating memorable experiences for clients
