Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 – (OTE £55,000)

Our client, a well-established estate agency based in Raynes Park, specialises in residential sales, lettings, and property management. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to join their motivated and dynamic team, supporting the continued growth and success of the branch.

• Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for business growth
• Proactively making calls and following up on new and existing leads
• Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding the team
• Maintaining strong knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity
• Winning new instructions through effective negotiation and relationship building
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Carrying out accurate and well-presented property valuations
• Growing and managing the sales portfolio to maximise performance
• Carrying out professional property valuations and advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies
