SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER Job Responsibilities
- Build credible and collaborative working relationships with customers and cross‑functional contacts.
- Develop retailer‑centric strategies for the channel, identify joint objectives, and build business plans for mutual growth.
- Influence future retailer initiatives and collaborations to ensure the brand maximizes all available opportunities in store and online.
- Manage all lines of the P&L from retail sell‑out to sell‑in to ensure delivery on or above target for the retailer.
- Proactively create and manage retailer budgets and sell‑out forecasts; identify risks and opportunities and build contingency plans.
- Support team development by coaching junior members on best practice, delivery of targets, retailer relationships, and commercial competencies.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail for creating visually impactful presentations.
- Strong influencing skills with demonstrated thought leadership and drive to execution.
- Comprehensive experience in a fast‑paced sales environment (either within an FMCG or retailer organization).
