We are a fast-growing property investment consultancy specialising in UK investment property and prime London real estate. With a strong pipeline of inbound enquiries and a new lettings division, we are building a high-performance team to support our continued growth.

You’ll begin by mastering lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting — with structured training and a clear progression path into a full Investment Sales Consultant role.

Role Overview

As a Junior Investment Consultant
, your primary focus will be generating and qualifying opportunities for our senior consultants by booking high-quality appointments.

This role is heavily performance-based and suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, working towards targets, and developing professional sales skills.

You will receive structured training, scripts, frameworks, and ongoing mentorship to develop into a revenue-generating Investment Consultant.

  • Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads to confirm and schedule appointments
  • Conduct daily outreach via outbound calls, messaging, and follow-ups
  • Engage with prospects using structured scripts and sales frameworks
  • Qualify potential clients and landlords and book meetings for senior consultants
  • Maintain a consistent flow of qualified appointments
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Engage potential clients in professional conversations
CRM & Process Management
  • Track and manage leads using CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and pipeline movement
  • Set up automations where required to improve workflow and scheduling
  • Submit daily and weekly outreach performance reports
Professional Development
  • Participate in ongoing sales and property investment training
  • Research and engage in relevant online communities
  • Work closely with team leaders and mentors
  • Develop market knowledge in UK property investment
