What You'll Do as a Partnership Lead

This role owns Doccla's full Virtual Care portfolio within the region. Virtual Care spans two products:
Virtual Wards, our established revenue‑generating core, and Proactive Care, our primary growth ambition. Your focus sits firmly on proactive care, moving NHS systems toward outcome‑based, population‑scale programmes for their highest‑risk patients. Alongside that, you act as the senior escalation point and NHS executive relationship owner for our existing Virtual Ward footprint, the proven base that earns us the right to the proactive care conversation.

These are not two jobs. They are one Virtual Care offer across the acuity spectrum, and your task is to convert the credibility of the core into transformational growth.

Strategic Growth & Market Leadership
  • Act as the Senior Deal Architect for regional strategic growth, working with our senior leadership team as 'Deal Sponsors' to orchestrate high‑stakes opportunities across Acute Trusts, Community Trusts, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and GP Federations.
  • Turn existing relationships into growth:
    Use our established Virtual Ward accounts as the entry point for proactive care conversations, expanding the depth and value of relationships we already hold rather than starting cold.
  • Navigate the 'Political Economy' of the NHS:
    Map and influence the complex web of stakeholders (Clinical, Financial, and Operational) to build multi‑threaded sponsorship that remains resilient through leadership churn and policy shifts.
  • Leverage the Doccla Ecosystem:
    High‑level orchestration of our Strategic Advisors, Investors and Senior Leadership Team to create top‑to‑top alignment with NHS Board members.
Deal Construction & Value‑Based Orchestration
  • Lead the 'Value‑Based' Narrative:
    Translate clinical outcomes into hard financial ROI. You will shape propositions where Doccla's success is intrinsically linked to system savings and patient throughput.
  • Drive Complex 'Deal Sprints':
    Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of large‑scale tenders and direct awards, aligning internal Product, Clinical, and Finance teams to ensure each deal is not just winnable but operationally and financially viable over a multi‑year horizon.
  • Master Commercial Complexity:
    Shape the logic behind pricing models, gain‑share mechanisms, and procurement routes (e.g. Frameworks vs. Bespoke Tenders) to ensure commercial clarity in the face of deferred payment milestones.
Stakeholder Mobilisation & Clinical Credibility
  • C‑Suite Relationship Management:
    Maintain trusted advisor status with senior executives, moving beyond a vendor relationship to a strategic partnership.
