Position: Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)
Location: Greater London

Location & Work Arrangement

This position is based in London, UK. The role is hybrid and requires 3 days per week in our office in Egham, Surrey (Tuesday–Thursday). Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK without any visa restrictions or sponsorship requirements.

Role Overview

We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential Cylindo customers. You’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying e‑commerce & marketing leads within the furniture retail space.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify and research high‑potential brands and retailers.
  • Execute targeted outreach (email, calls, Linked In).
  • Qualify leads and book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate on go‑to‑market strategy and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline visibility.
  • Be the first impression of a cutting‑edge tech solution transforming digital retail.
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year in SDR/BDR role, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Experience engaging marketing and eCommerce decision‑makers.
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
  • CRM know‑how (Hubspot & Zoom Info preferred, not required).
  • High energy, proactive mindset, and a team‑first attitude.
  • College education.
  • Be creative, eager to learn and coachable.
  • Surrey‑based (3 days/week in office).
