What You Will Do
Act as a frontline strategic seller within the Digital Workplace / Software business, owning and growing a portfolio of key and enterprise accounts. Operating at executive level, lead complex, consultative sales engagements, delivering high-value, often bespoke SaaS and integrated solutions. Collaborate closely with internal technical, product, and functional teams to design and present compelling business cases that solve real customer challenges.
This role carries one of the highest revenue targets within the business unit and requires a proactive, new business–focused mindset alongside strategic account development.
With a vertical or geographic focus, bring deep customer insight and drive long‑term value through trusted partnerships.

- Identify, engage and influence senior decision‑makers and C‑suite stakeholders across target organisations
- Lead the full end‑to‑end sales cycle, from opportunity creation through to negotiation and close
- Position complex SaaS and integrated solutions tailored to customer‑specific business challenges
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, product, marketing and delivery teams to design compelling, differentiated solutions
- Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships within key and strategic accounts
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer priorities and competitive landscape to shape sales strategy
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding opportunities within existing accounts
Required:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in enterprise or strategic sales roles
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding high‑value sales targets
- Strong consultative selling experience, engaging with executive‑level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in selling complex, technical or SaaS‑based solutions
- Ability to manage long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Degree‑qualified or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
- Experience with in Digital Workplace, IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems), or related SaaS solutions
- Vertical market expertise or strong knowledge of a defined enterprise customer base
- Experience working in global or multi‑region sales environments
- Familiarity with solution selling methodologies and value‑based selling
