Regional Vice President Sales – North West EMEA
Lead the sales organization in the North West EMEA region, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering value to enterprise customers in cloud, security, and application services.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, including direct and channel sales plans, to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Supervise and coach a matrixed team of account executives, system engineers, and channel partners, ensuring performance, training, and appropriate staffing.
- Set and manage sales quotas, budgets, and territory plans; report on pipeline, forecast accuracy, and strategy execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers, channel partners, and industry leaders to drive new business and deepen existing partnerships.
- Identify and prioritize strategic product and customer sectors; align the sales team toward high‑value opportunities.
- Introduce new products and manage transitions from core business without impacting sales momentum.
- Ensure compliance with F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report any violations.
- Represent F5 at industry events and in customer meetings, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and value creation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the SVP EMEA.
- Proven track record as a senior sales leader, with experience selling cloud, security, AI, or application services to Fortune 1000 customers.
- Experience managing a remote, matrixed field sales organization across multiple channels.
- Consistent history of exceeding quota, often exceeding $100million in revenue.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; reputation for integrity and ethical conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; advanced degree a plus.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages considered a bonus.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% of the time by car or air.
