2) Trainee Advisor: After passing exams, shadow the top Financial Advisors. You’ll be mentored, ensuring a smooth transition to full responsibility (average 12 months in the role). - Section
3) Fully Qualified Advisor: Work with pre‑booked meetings; candidates earn over £150k in the first year.
Contact and engage high net‑worth clients; arrange meetings; conduct financial assessments; deliver tailored investment solutions; build long‑term relationships.
