During this exciting time in our development, Datawrkz is seeking a high-performing and highly motivated Agency Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our programmatic platform, Vizibl, across the UK & EMEA market. The primary focus of this role is selling Vizibl — our self-serve DSP platform built for agencies. Vizibl enables agencies to access a range of leading DSPs (including The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP & Freewheel/Beeswax) with no minimum spend requirements.
This role is focused on selling into UK-based independent ad agencies. The successful individual will join a high-performing, fast-growing team based in London and will be expected to leverage and expand a strong existing network of independent agency contacts.
- Work closely with the UK Sales Director to develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve UK revenue targets
- Build relationships and harness existing contacts within UK independent ad agencies to drive adoption of the Vizibl DSP
- Sell the value of multi-DSP access including TTD & Amazon DSP
- Drive new business through outreach, events and networking
- Work closely with the technical team to build proposals
- Must be organised and able to use CRM systems & Google/Microsoft suite

Requirements- 2+ years programmatic / digital sales experience
- Background in smaller DSPs or programmatic media companies like MiQ, Stack Adapt, Match2
One, Adform - Proven ability to hit revenue targets
- Strong programmatic knowledge and understanding of the landscape/ecosystem
- Strong analytical and reporting skills both internally and to clients
Salary + commission: TBC based on experience.
