We’re looking for a commercially driven Project Delivery Manager to take ownership of both project delivery and revenue growth in a fast-paced home services environment.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and spotting opportunities while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.## What You’ll Do
* Own the customer journey from enquiry to completion
* Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business
* Convert enquiries into profitable projects
* Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and retention
* Oversee project delivery; ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
* Work closely with engineers, franchisees, and internal teams to maximise outcomes## ## What We’re Looking For
* Experience in construction, property services, or home improvement
* Strong sales and business development mindset
* Confident managing customers in a B2C environment
* Proven ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts
* Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable both on-site and in the office## Package details
