Kraken Digital Asset Exchange is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to develop key Flexibility customer relationships across the UK, Europe, and North America. This role involves building strong stakeholder relationships and coordinating priorities across Kraken's teams to drive value from its Flexibility products.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in ambiguity while managing complex customer needs. A background in the energy industry and flexibility markets is preferred but not mandatory.
