Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager
Location: Greater London
We are looking for a commercially driven and client-focused Account Development Manager to manage, retain, and grow Bueno’s existing client base across the commercial real estate and built environment sectors in the UK.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through strong account management, client retention, contract renewals, and identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients continue to realise value from Bueno’s solutions while building long‑term strategic partnerships.
Key responsibilities of the role:- Drive account growth by identifying and managing expansion opportunities within existing clients.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC and other building systems, energy efficiency, energy calculations, measurement and verification.
- Manage the sales cycle for upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, including proposals and commercial documentation.
- Build strong client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement and regular business reviews.
- Monitor client satisfaction, product adoption, and ROI, implementing retention strategies where required.
- Secure timely contract renewals and maintain strong pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Represent Bueno in client meetings and relationship‑building activities across the market.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, client success, or related commercial roles.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing renewals and revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and translate them into commercially valuable solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
