About the BusinessAn established and growing player within the alternative investments space, specialising in tangible assets including fine wine and luxury spirits.
The business provides clients with access to curated investment opportunities, alongside end-to-end services such as secure storage, insurance, and portfolio management.
With continued growth, they are investing heavily in their sales function and looking to strengthen their leadership team.
The RoleThis is a hands-on Sales Manager position with full responsibility for both team performance and revenue delivery.
You will lead an existing team of Account Managers while building out a new business function focused on acquiring high-net-worth (HNW) clients.
This role offers genuine ownership - from hiring and coaching through to driving revenue and shaping the sales culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop a team of Account Managers
Build and scale a new business sales function
Drive revenue growth and client acquisition
Manage and develop high-value client relationships
Oversee pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
Support negotiations and close high-value deals
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales talent
Proven experience in a sales leadership role within a target-driven environment
Strong track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
Background in property, investments, or other high-value consultative sales
Experience selling to or managing high-net-worth (HNW) clients
Commercially strong with solid pipeline and forecasting capability
Confident communicator with strong leadership presence
£50,000 base salary + commission structure
OTE up to £125K
