Be well presented and maintain a smart appearance. Exhibit a strong telephone manner and good written and spoken English. Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving licence with access to a car. Display a positive can-do attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Have an interest in pursuing further training to become a Surveyor (desirable but not essential).

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Assisting with sales and lettings negotiations to achieve set targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with applicants. Conducting property viewings and providing clients with expert advice. Managing administrative tasks related to property transactions.
