We re Hiring | Account Executive | Chatham, Kent & Lloyd s of London Offices

As Readhunt continues to grow, we re looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team based between our Kent and Lloyd s of London offices.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with commercial insurance experience and Cert CII qualification who enjoys building relationships, developing opportunities and delivering outstanding service to clients.

You will work alongside experienced insurance professionals, supporting businesses across a wide range of sectors while developing your own career within a growing and ambitious organisation.

  • Commercial insurance experience required
  • Full‑time office‑based role in Chatham, Kent & Lloyd s of London offices

Key Responsibilities
  • Support generation and development of new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, introducers and insurer partners
  • Assist with client meetings, prospecting and follow‑up activity
  • Identify insurance requirements and support delivery of tailored solutions
  • Work closely with Account Handlers and Directors across new business opportunities
  • Support preparation of client documentation, presentations and market submissions
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
  • Support Linked In and networking activity to help grow visibility and relationships
  • Deliver professional and responsive service throughout the client journey
Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Organised, proactive and commercially minded
  • Professional telephone and client‑facing manner
  • Strong IT and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems and general digital administration
  • Confident using Linked In professionally for networking, relationship building and business visibility and supporting company Linked In activity, maintaining a professional online presence
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy office environment
  • Experience using Acturis beneficial but not essential
