I'm partnering with a well-established, award-winning investment firm based in the City of London to hire a Sales Development Associate
.
This certified B Corp manages investments across private and public markets, including renewable energy, private equity, private credit, and specialist fund mandates
.
This is a brand-new position offering the opportunity to help shape the role from day one while building a long-term career in business development within a highly respected investment business.
What you'll be doing:- Proactively generating new business through outbound calling
- Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for Business Development Managers
- Building and managing targeted prospect lists and call campaigns
- Creating and refining email outreach templates
- Researching prospective clients and target firms
- Supporting sales campaigns, events, and Rights Issue activity
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting against activity targets
- Degree educated (or equivalent)
- Commercial experience, ideally within outbound or telephone-based sales
- A confident and professional communicator
- Ambitious, driven, and eager to develop within a newly created role
- Resilient, proactive, and solution-oriented
