Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is located next to Blackfriars Station in the heart of the City of London, within walking distance of St Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern and the South Bank. This Grade II listed five‑star hotel stands on the historic site of King Henry VIII’s Bridewell Palace and features 205 stylish guestrooms and suites along with versatile meeting and event spaces.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients to ensure profitable and efficient account management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive revenue generation in line with the hotel’s business objectives and budget targets.
  • Implement sales action plans and contribute to the overall business strategy through a personal business plan.
  • Follow up on all potential leads and convert them into successful partnerships.
  • Plan and execute a yearly calendar of sales activities, including strategies for quieter periods.
  • Organise and conduct sales trips to major feeder markets, under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Director of Sales.
  • Arrange and host familiarisation (FAM) trips and site inspections for key clients.
  • Prepare and submit monthly activity reports, including market conditions and account performance.
  • Assist in client entertainment and participate in sales department initiatives.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as required to support the success of the sales team.

You are a results‑driven professional with a strong background in corporate sales and account management. Skilled in building strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities, you excel at driving revenue growth and achieving targets. Your proactive approach, market insight, and ability to foster client relationships make you an asset to any sales team.

  • Strong negotiation & influencing skills.
  • You excel in seizing market opportunities and generating revenue streams.
  • You have great language and written skills in English.
  • You are eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

  • Experience in a similar role is essential.
