This is a genuine entry‑level role, built entirely around transferable skills, not previous sales experience. • Speaking with potential customers via phone, email, and Linked In
• Understanding customer needs and qualifying opportunities
• Booking meetings and supporting the wider sales team
• Learning core sales skills including objection handling, negotiation, and relationship building
• Working towards clear performance targets with structured support and coaching

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Resilience, motivation, and a results‑driven mindset
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sport, or similar environments is useful but not required

• £30,000–£35,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission — high performers are well rewarded
