Location: Greater London

A fast growing fintech is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to support its expanding commercial function.

Working closely with Sales leadership, you'll help improve sales performance through stronger forecasting, pipeline visibility and reporting.

This is a hands on role focused on driving sales effectiveness, optimising CRM adoption and providing the insight needed to support continued growth across the business.

Key responsibilities
  • Support sales leadership with forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting.
  • Own CRM effectiveness, driving data quality, adoption and reporting accuracy.
  • Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility of sales activity, pipeline health and conversion.
  • Analyse sales performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Improve sales processes, operating rhythms and reporting to drive greater consistency and accountability.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and Technology to improve commercial processes and reporting.
  • Create greater visibility across the customer journey, from lead generation through to onboarding and client activation.
Candidate profile
  • Previous experience in a Sales Operations role supporting a B2B sales organisation.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Experience managing sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and sales performance analytics.
  • Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
  • Ability to translate commercial data into meaningful insight for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Experience with in fintech, payments, FX, banking or another fast-paced B2B environment would be highly advantageous.
