Operating across multiple international markets, our core growth regions include the United Kingdom, Ireland, Benelux, and North America. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to accelerate growth in the London market.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping delivery riders access reliable transportation solutions that enable them to earn a living and succeed in their work.

You will guide prospective customers through the process of renting a moped through Ride Today, understanding their individual needs and matching them with the most suitable mobility solution. Through direct customer contact, you will build trust, provide advice, and convert interest into long-term customer relationships. This is a hands‑on commercial role with a strong focus on customer acquisition, retention, and continuous market feedback.

Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Acquisition
  • Identify and engage new delivery riders who may benefit from Ride Today’s services.
  • Educate prospective customers on available subscription options and mobility solutions.
  • Consult with riders to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle.
  • Convert prospects into active customers through effective sales conversations.
2. Sales and Retention
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing activities.
  • Close new subscription agreements and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Proactively engage with customers considering cancellation and address concerns to improve retention.
  • Build strong customer relationships that drive long‑term loyalty.
3. Marketing Support
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns and messaging that resonate with delivery riders.
  • Support outreach activities through email, SMS, Whats App, and other communication channels.
4. Reporting and performance tracking
  • Report weekly on sales performance, customer acquisition, and churn metrics.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction indicators, including NPS and qualitative feedback.
  • Share actionable insights with sales, operations, and product teams.
What Success Looks Like After 6 Months
  • Significant growth in the number of active Ride Today vehicles operating in London.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets and acquisition goals.
  • Reduced customer churn through proactive engagement and customer support.
  • Valuable customer insights contributing to product and service improvements.
What You Bring
  • You are fluent in English, both in speaking and writing.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer acquisition role.
  • Proven ability to close deals and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Confidence in conducting sales conversations via phone, Whats App, email, SMS, and other communication channels.
  • Experience working in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Comfortable managing a large number of customer interactions daily.
  • Experience using email marketing or SMS marketing platforms for customer outreach.
Bonus Points
  • Based in London (remote candidates will be considered for the right fit).
  • Experience in mobility, logistics, transportation, hardware, or SaaS industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot.
  • Experience supporting social media activities or collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns.
