Our client, a highly successful independent estate agency in New Malden, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join their thriving team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a market‑leading office that enjoys a strong local reputation, excellent market share and an impressive range of properties, from apartments and family homes through to some of the area's most prestigious residences.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Building relationships with vendors and purchasers
• Generating valuation opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Arranging and conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Managing the sales process through to completion
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
• Working towards individual and branch targets

• Previous experience within residential estate agency
• Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Valuer, Lister or similar role
• A proven track record of generating business and winning instructions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A professional and customer‑focused approach
• Excellent organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• £25,000 basic salary
