Ajax Systems is a leading manufacturer of security systems in Europe. We are expanding our UK presence and looking for experienced professionals in Sales and Technical Sales.

• Business Development Managers (BDMs): driving revenue growth, managing distributor networks, onboarding new security installers/integrators.
• Technical Sales Specialists: bridging the gap between sales and technology, conducting product demonstrations, handling complex system architectures, providing technical training to partners.

• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  strong background in Sales or Technical Sales within Electronic Security, Smart Home, IoT, CCTV, Access Control, or Telecom.
• Network: proven experience working with security installers, system integrators, distributors, or electrical wholesalers in the UK.
• The Ajax Mindset: proactive, self‑starting attitude, fast‑moving, innovative, values results over processes.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  exceptional presentation skills, capable of pitching to C‑level executives or running hands‑on technical workshops.
• Mobility: valid UK driving licence; field‑based role requiring travel within the assigned region.
