Location: Greater London
Progress Sales Recruitment is seeking a National Sales Manager in Greater London to lead an established medical devices sales team. You'll be responsible for coaching and developing your team, driving performance through disciplined sales management, and supporting relationships across key healthcare accounts.
An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing medical sales professionals, a strong track record in the medical consumables sector, and an emphasis on performance and accountability.
This role offers a base salary of £60-70k, commission, a car, and a comprehensive benefits package.
