What you will be doing
As a key part of the Commercial Building Services Sales team, you'll create impact by partnering with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative, energy‑efficient pumping solutions that advance Grundfos's mission of pioneering sustainable water technology.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement and market analysis.
- Provide technical consultancy and product selection support to customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in your territory.
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering within HVAC, water, or pump industries.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex product features into customer value.
It is a plus if you also:
- Have experience with pump systems, building services, or fluid dynamics applications.
- Are familiar with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Have knowledge of energy efficiency standards and sustainable building practices.
