Account Manager

iRecruit4 are seeking a driven and proactive Account Manager to join our clients expanding team within the care and healthcare advisory sector. This position offers immediate starts and a permanent role. Benefits of the Account Manager:

Job Duties of the Account Manager:
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident individual who is passionate about the care industry and enjoys promoting services and bringing on new business within the sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, developing new opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships across the care industry. This field-based role involves regular client visits, networking events, and engagement within local health and social care communities.

Develop new business opportunities within the care and healthcare sector through networking, referrals, and relationship building. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, social workers, GPs, care coordinators, discharge teams, and healthcare professionals. Promote the companys care advisory services and wider support offerings to key stakeholders. Attend networking events, healthcare forums, and community meetings, representing the organisation professionally. Managing care accounts, ensuring relationships are built.

Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients and key decision-makers in health and social care. Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness. Develop and manage a pipeline of care sector opportunities and strategic partnerships. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, business development activity, and CRM updates. Work closely with internal care and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Meet and exceed agreed sales and growth targets. Requirements for Account Manager :
Previous Sales experience (essential). Experience in business development, sales, account management, recruitment, or relationship management, ideally within the care, healthcare, or social care sector. Strong understanding of the care industry and key stakeholders within health and social care systems. Excellent communication skills. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).

Willingness to travel regularly for meetings and networking. Additional Information Account Manager :
