Sales Design Consultant

Sales Design Consultant – Sharps Fitted Furniture, Croydon, UK.

OTE: £50,000 – £100,000 per annum, with an estimated base salary of £56,307 per year.

Location:

South London – the role will be based within customer homes and could involve travel within postcode areas.

Training scheduled for next courses in July & August 2026.

You will design and sell the bedrooms and home collections for customers, working within their homes. Design skills including CAD are advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. You will use your customer‑facing sales experience and communication skills to build relationships and secure sales.

• Ideally previous direct sales experience.
• Focus on exceptional customer service.
• Own transport, telephone and laptop.

• Strong brand awareness with sales generated through customer recommendations.
• Excellent earning opportunity and flexible full‑time working.
• High number of inbound company‑booked appointments – no cold calling.
• Weekly paid commissions with realistic opportunity to convert 1 in 3 appointments.
• Full sample kit provided.
