We currently operate three UK venues, in London at The O2 and Westfield White City and in Birmingham (at The Bullring). This year we have opened venues in Paris CNIT Westfield, Dallas (Grandscape) and have 2 franchise venues in Monterrey and Guatemala.

This role requires a strong, sales‑savvy individual to drive and manage corporate events across our UK venues. The role will be based in London (either at The O2 or Westfield White City venue) and Birmingham but will focus on driving corporate events across all UK venues. You will be a key member of our venue management team, connecting the dots between sales and the guest experience.

You will be responsible for the entire sales journey, from securing the initial lead, converting it into a sale, and planning and running the event. The primary focus is to deliver and drive corporate events (branded, conferences, workshops and large social events) over £2.5k. Think big, build key relationships and deliver show‑stopping events.

Role Scope & Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue through events and achieve the KPIs set out by UK Sales Manager
  • Build a proactive sales plan that demonstrates conversion
  • Sell the art of the possible; TOCA Social is more than a football entertainment concept, requiring dynamic individuals with a proactive approach and creative thinking
  • Plan and implement corporate outreach strategies to drive event footfall throughout the year
  • Convert leads and prospects into corporate events
  • Work closely with venue operations to design and build packages, increasing spend per booking for all types of corporate events
  • Manage and work with events agencies, negotiating deals that secure larger requests for TOCA
  • Share revenue numbers and projections with key stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities for larger corporate events, whether through specific events or other avenues
  • Partner closely with General Managers and liaise weekly with the venue operations team to provide details of upcoming events
  • Build strong relationships with venue teammates, believing team investment leads to success
  • Ensure each guest’s individual needs are met, being attentive on the phone or in person
  • Be present and support the execution of large‑scale events, adopting a flexible, output‑driven approach
  • Secure, plan and ensure high‑quality execution of events, including large social gatherings (24+), networking, team building, team training, awards, seminars, conferences, business meetings & gatherings
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of proven corporate sales events experience
  • Experience driving larger scale events such as conferences, workshops
  • Industry knowledge of hospitality operations
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Passion for sales and driving revenue
  • Exceptional executive presence and ability to cultivate positive relationships internally and externally
  • Strong attention to detail, self‑directed initiative, resourcefulness and drive for innovation
  • Proactive commitment to evolving events based on feedback and guidance
  • Flexibility with working hours and willingness to get involved
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Positive attitude and tactical mindset for challenges
