Full-Time (based in N1, near Haggerston Overground station - 5 days a week in the office)
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Wholesale Manager to drive international growth for a luxury fashion house, with a focus on new business development across under‑tapped and existing key markets.
This is a strategic role for someone with a proven track record of building wholesale partnerships and delivering profitable revenue growth within the luxury fashion sector.
The RoleYou will take ownership of international wholesale activity - identifying and securing new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding the brand's presence across the US, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape the wholesale strategy, manage a small team, and ensure all activity is aligned with the brand's positioning and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities Wholesale Strategy & Growth- Define and execute the global wholesale strategy to deliver sustained, profitable revenue growth
- Identify, evaluate and secure new international accounts aligned with the brand’s positioning and long‑term vision
- Drive expansion across priority regions (US, Middle East, APAC), while strengthening performance in established markets
- Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts across accounts and territories
- Build, develop and maintain senior relationships with key wholesale partners and decision-makers
- Lead all commercial negotiations, including pricing, order volumes, delivery terms, and strategic adjacencies
- Monitor sell‑through performance, proactively managing reorders, stock swaps and trading opportunities
- Deliver seasonal selling campaigns to maximise sell‑in and in‑season performance
- Evaluate and deliver seasonal performance analysis, identifying strengths, weaknesses and growth opportunities
- Use data‑driven insights to inform trading decisions and future strategy
- Review pricing architecture and validate final collections ahead of market, including commercial colour and assortment optimisation
- Partner with Design and the CEO to sign off on range direction, ensuring alignment between creativity and commercial performance
- Provide structured feedback to Design and Merchandising teams to support future range planning
- Lead special projects including exclusives, capsules, pop‑ups and shop‑in‑shop activations
- Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to deliver impactful brand activations with key accounts
- Identify opportunities to elevate brand visibility and positioning within wholesale environments
- Lead, mentor and develop the wholesale team, fostering a high‑performance and commercially driven culture
- Set clear objectives and accountability across the team
- Drive a collaborative, results‑focused working environment
- Proven track record of delivering significant, profitable wholesale growth within luxury fashion
- Strong international network across leading luxury retailers and department stores
- Highly commercial and entrepreneurial mindset, with experience opening and scaling new markets
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capability and confidence using data to inform decisions
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence at senior levels
