How will you make an impact?
As a Sales Advisor you will be an ambassador for the company, welcoming all guests into the boutique, introducing them to the culture of our organisation and clientele, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that leaves them with a smile and a watch on their wrist.
We look for passionate individuals who have a genuine interest in the industry and are keen to step into the pre-owned watch market, selling multiple brands of luxury timepieces. We welcome those who are eager to learn and develop, with support provided from the start of your journey with us.
You will be passionate about delivering expert customer service and achieving sales on a 1:1 basis within an intimate environment. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, working to a high standard both individually and as part of a thriving team.
The successful candidate will be confident and experience working to KPI targets. This varied role includes high-end sales assistance, welcoming walk-ins and clientele, managing appointments and an overflow of online enquiries, chasing leads, and all-round sales administration.
Demonstrating vigilance and awareness, you will follow security procedures to maintain the safety of our products.
You will need to be reliable, ambitious and passionate about the customer experience, and you will embody our core values of being caring, pioneering and outstanding.
Experience of Success- Passionate about luxury retail and delivering exceptional service to customers
- Strong clientele skills to maintain client contact
- Results-driven with experience in a target-driven sales environment (KPI’s)
- Negotiation skills desirable, though we can train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude toward personal development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers and their needs
- Ability to take in technical information with a willingness to learn about our products
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Team player who contributes to collective success
