Overview

Starting salary £27,000 per year (plus the opportunity for monthly bonus and commission). OTE: £32,000 – £45,000 per year.

Nine locations and growing — we’re not a typical gym. We bring the craziest classes, best gear, and most challenging workouts to the capital, and we’re excited to see what you could bring to your work life.

With bright lights, slick interiors and epic scenes, our Sales team’s knowledge, cheeky personality and passion for Gymbox help make each sign‑up a done deal. They’re active from the foyer to the streets, and even in social settings, showcasing why our gyms are amazing.

• Recruit new members to Gymbox with integrity, honesty and a sprinkle of charm
• Keep thinking commercially – pursuing targets and revenue
• Be a font of product knowledge and a proudly passionate Gymbox expert
• Stay on top of admin, leads and keeping members happy
• Help out on reception or with operational tasks to keep clubs looking fresh
• Be an all‑star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox

Prior sales experience not essential, as we like to train. However, persuasive communication skills, focus, agile thinking, a willingness to take on a challenge and a positive attitude are essential.

As a heads up, this role is 40 hours / 5 days per week. Shifts are typically Mornings, Middle, Lates and some Weekends; you may be required to cover the early shift (5:30 AM – 2:30 PM) occasionally if operationally required.

• MORNING: 9:00 – 18:00
• MIDDLE: 11:00 – 20:00
• LATE: 14:15 – 23:15
• WEEKEND: 07:30 – 20:15
